Privacy on EZ Linky

EZ Linky provides shopping pages and attributed organization links. You can browse and shop without creating an EZ Linky account.

Shopping links and activity

An organization’s link identifies that organization. We record shopping page loads and outbound store visits with the page, organization attribution where available, time, and a broad device category. These counts include repeat visits and do not identify individual shoppers in organization reports. We do not save the raw user-agent string in these activity records.

When you allow purchase tracking for a store visit, your visit passes through Skimlinks and its affiliate partners. They may use cookies and other information to recognize eligible purchases. Read Skimlinks’ privacy policy for their collection, use, and choices. You can choose “Shop without organization credit” to open the stored store address without EZ Linky’s affiliate redirect. The store may use its own cookies and tracking.

Accounts and organization reports

If you create an account, we store your name, email, verification status, password hash, and account/session information. Sign-in cookies support authentication. Workspace membership controls access to private organization reports. Operators can review source commission records, share calculations, and manually recorded external payments. Organization reports show store and currency totals; they do not include shopper names or account identities.

Email and support

Account verification, password recovery, and invitations use the configured email delivery service, Resend. The recipient address and message content are sent to that service; see Resend’s privacy policy. These flows do not subscribe you to a marketing list.

If you contact us, we save the message, any email and store name you provide, and the relevant page path for operator review. Do not include passwords, card details, order numbers, or sensitive information. Limited counters help prevent repeated or excessive submissions.

Records and questions

Information is kept while needed to provide account, support, reporting, and reconciliation functions. Financial source revisions and operator changes are retained for their audit history. Contact the EZ Linky operator through the support form to ask about your information or request an account review.

Shopping, affiliate-network, hosting, and email services have their own privacy practices. This page describes the EZ Linky application’s current behavior.
